If you wish to return an item (or items), you MUST fulfill the following conditions

2. You may proceed with the return only upon getting our explicit approval.

4. Shipping Charges for returns are the customer's responsibility. 

5. A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned items. 

6. Returns must be made within 3 days of receipt of the order.

7. Product(s) must be returned in their original packaging.

8. The product(s) must not be used or damaged.

9. The returned item must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

10. Items on sale are not eligible for refunds.

11. Yes, customers may exchange the product with a new one once nad only with our approval.
